By using Otto you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and in the United States to use Otto.
The service. Otto tracks occasions and, on the paid tier, can purchase and ship gifts you approve or pre-authorize. You are responsible for the people and dates you add and for the gift budgets and automation settings you choose.
Your responsibility for contacts. Only add people whose information you are entitled to use. You confirm you have a personal or business relationship with the people you add.
Spending. Automated gifts only fire within the budgets and approvals you set. We show you what will be bought and let you cancel or change any automatic gift before it sends.
Membership. Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the app and we tell you plainly when and how much you will be charged.
No warranty. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for a delivery a third-party shipper mishandles, though we will help make it right.
Changes. We may update these terms and will note material changes in the app.
